2026 Tree Project

Please be mindful of the arborist and their equipment during the scheduled pruning dates. To help the work go smoothly, kindly park your vehicles in your garage or away from the trees and keep the area clear for trucks and workers. Thank you.​

RED (Zone 1): Full Prune - Including Structure Prune, Crown Clean, Thin, and Weight Reduction, as needed.

GREEN (Zone 2): Clearance Prune Only

​PLUM FRUIT TREE PRUNING: Scheduled for Monday May 18th through Friday May 22nd. The crew will arrive around 8am each day. Please do not to park under the Purple Plum trees between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. each day. This will allow the arborist and their crew access to prune the trees and remove most of the fruit before it falls. 

 

ANNUAL APHID TREATMENT to reduce the sticky dripping – Scheduled for the last week of April, 2026 (but may change slightly due to rain). Since this is a systemic treatment, there are no parking restrictions for residents.  ​​
